Bulk carrier, I guess is the sort of vessel for the rotabox loading.

The way I read the recent QUBE announcement below they will be transporting the Rotaboxes to Esperance and storing them  untill they have the tonnage to load. I guess it will all depend on how many trucks they have and the output of the plant etc.  anyone prepared to hazard a guess if this aligns with Dec 16th?
