    Great news about your dad.
    And with all the connections our board should have, I can’t imagine a cornerstone investor would be hard to find a much more favourable price to 5 cents, as per what I wrote the other day.
    I wouldn’t mind an offer of an unfavourable price - raise at 10c - but with attached options at a low conversion, maybe 3c.
