On the edge of a rerate … they had no trouble getting cash last time…oversubscribed at 13 cents , people thinking this will tank cause they need cash are ignoring the fundamentals which are shaping up very nicely . Cash in bank will just add to the positives and allow for aggressive marketing in Europe and USA with products that work .
