Agreed. It's a similar challenge with Reduit and in-store promotion, sales assistant knowledge etc.
For Swisswell if the pharmacist, assistants, doctors, physios, massage therapists or whoever... know about it, believe it, recommend it... then it helps... a lot. Our marketing and in-store efforts need to re-enforce that. It's time, dollars and all the rest. Why would they recommend it, or consider recommending it... ??? Being registered as a medical device does not hurt. Having strong anecdotal evidence (including from my family members) that for certain types of pain the patch works very well, also does not hurt... and the price point, margins, dollars blah blah blah.
Now back to the elephant in the room...
