To clarify,
I leave the patch on for 3 days by which time my skin starts to itch and the patch starts to fall off. The effect of the patch seems to be completed after 24 hours of having the patch on. I have full use of the knee for any activity I wish to do and no pain. Then after not re applying a patch I have pain free use of my knee for around 2 weeks to 2 months. It has varied. That’s been my experience. Prior to this patch I stopped all activities that would flare my knee, and before that I used to do the activities and then have my knee punctured by a thick needle and all the fluid removed to allow that knee to function again. So for me it’s been amazing and funny, now I almost take the use of my knee for granted again, having the patch at my disposal.
