Hi@Pman in your simple cash flow... what about the last CR cash for 41,360,263 shares placed on April 9th and the small amount of cash for the options... net of about $3M (noting that about $1.5M from the placement of 21,973,070 shares on 22 February 2021 was included in the Mar 4C... i think).

Adding this in, your closing cash of -27 should, I think be closer to 3000? (albeit I think your expenses by qtr look a bit a low...)
