Comparing track records of recent history in the industry is dangerous at the moment as it is a very different climate to that 2 to 3 years ago. SWL have won a number of recent DTMR and RMS projects and left significant $$$ on the table, this is publically available information. They either can do things better than the rest of the industry can, or they have gone in too cheap.
