…actually it wouldn’t be a sugar hit because those investors who chase dividends stay if they believe the dividend is sustainable and it should be. The franking account should be pretty good too, allowing fully franked dividends. SWM as you would know was a dividend paying stock for a very long time until they began to focus on reducing the debt. Now that the debt is in control and it looks as if they may have PRT which do pay a dividend, they should at least start talking about it now to give guidance. If they get PRT and they make no announcement on the dividend I would suggests those PRT investors would not be happy, hence I believe a decline in share price.
