Strange that they could toss off $15m last year buying in stock at 40 cents average, and will probably spend another $15m this year, but they can't justify $15m on a 1 cent dividend as being "sustainable", when it quite clearly is. In fact it's hard to see how 2 cents isn't sustainable.
