Agree, we need to wait..
debt and cost under control..but they have to do more work there...
Economic cycles with 13 interest rate increases took many businesses by surprise...we need to ride it..
I will observe 2024 ...but not selling for sure..
once cycle picks up , it will rocket back to over 80c..
