To me this is just another round of chest pumping, you know mine is bigger than yours etc etc. If Stokes wants to treat SWM like his own private company why the hell doesn’t he just buy out the remainder of the other owners of this company (US SHAREHOLDER) then he can do as he pleases OR remove himself from the register and board and then we may be in play like so many other media companies have and will be in the future. It may also make SWM open to other FUNDS buying a position, but while STOKES is in control interest will be limited, for god sake look at the share price it’s not like STOKES is the media messiah, this thing will do well once this controlling interest is dissolved and it will eventually.
