acquire prime group as soon as debt finance finalized 2 years ago May be not a smart move if look back. at every low interest rate situation pay too much for that acquisition, leave no money for dividends or buy back seriously or reduce debt now. if now, the price will be cheaper to get prime. specially at the situation balance sheet not completely fixed and 4 years not paying dividends , i personal think acquire prime is bad decision.
