on 16 Aug , the date of annul report released, under situation of revenue decline 8% for July and August, and interest rate stay at 4.15% and likely to continue to raise, the projected cost for year 23-24 is 12.6- 12.7 billion, increasing 50million compare to last year, I just can't believe it, what a stupid CEO and management!
