Barrenjoey would have told them SWM weren't going to do follow on bid.
Truth in takeovers means they now have at least a couple months to buy all the stock they sold at a good size discount.
I think stock is seriously undervalued. But if I could have sold at $1.10 I would have sold every share I owned (with intention to buh back cheaper over coming weeks when people get bored again).
