This is such a convoluted takeover offer. Essentially for long-term holders (ignoring tax bracket) sell on market to gain discounted CGT benefits. For short-term holders who are on high tax brackets, hold to benefit from franked dividends and claim tax loss against high income from the 10 cents proceed.

Based on the market volume today that is valuing PRT in the 40 cent range, I am guessing a counter bid or an action from Catalano likely.

Waiting for the dust to settle.
