    Care to chime on why PRT is trading at 0.40 when the offer price (including the franking credits?) is at 0.36

    I am a bit perplexed if I should sell at 0.40 or wait out for the offer proceedings. I have been holding at 0.27 with a small parcel. So no big deal either way but I would love to learn from this.
