    It was in response to this post from above, directly attributed to UWL and ASIC targeting this sector.

    ASIC are finally taking their role seriously, fines $$millions and possibly up to 15 years jail.


    "trades that are likely to create an artificial price"



    Alot of press on this now:
    this should be good news for investors, transparency finally , not sure why anyone would have a problem with it unless they are doing the wrong thing . Every one knows the rules.
