all smoke and mirrors. this is a rerun of ST1, just buy up everything and of course there will be synergies. This is a churn and burn plan. Ive been waiting to see how they perform before jumping in, but there seems too much risk for me. I got into FSG @ 14c and on two thirds the revenue they posted a $2m npat. Always go for the business with good fundamentals rather than hype, you go up too quick it invariably come down
