It seems like a hidden gem however for some reason not supported by its key shareholders. Volumes are quite low. Moose was an expensive buy, also not sure if it was a strategic fit. Yes they got some revenue boost for reporting purposes however cross sell of services strategy has not worked. Payback period is quite long for this kind of acquisition. Building and owning infrastructure is probably better option.
