    We all suffer from commitment bias, i agree.


    Again, i agree, i believed in Tony Grist and RBO and was not critical enough of the company, the way it was set up and the MC it held while making huge losses and raising constantly.

    I never believed that investors/backers could actually allow a company to be run like this. I was wrong!

    As i have said before, RBO became SF1 then SWP with Tony Grist still heavily involved. So what you say is not right.

    But i suggest you be more critical of what is happening here.
    Look at the company losses/read the financials/ then look at the MC, assess the market they are in, it is very low margin and highly competitive. There is no loyalty at all, it is driven by cost and reliability.
    You cannot create market share just because you want to, you actually have to be able to do it successfully.

    So far, we see that market share in this business is going to be hard to achieve and very expensive to try to achieve.
    This is exactly what happened with RBO.


    My mistake previously was to not be critical.
