It provides fixed wireless infrastructure that allows regional customers to connect to the internet, where there is fairly poor service. Youtube "fixed wireless."
Their competition is the NBN, or possible satellite (starlink), and fixed wireless like Pentant 5gg
The retention rate of customers is very high, like only 1% monthly churn.
SWP gross margins are 80% on the infrastructure - it's very high quality.
Fixed wireless is not highly competitive - although telco in general is not a great business.
