Vonex Shareholders would rather sell their shares for $0.036 than accept our offer. This is not good.
we have 21.42%, that is about 80,603,838 shares. We started with 72,000,000 that we paid on average 0.04 for on market.
So we have only picked up 8mil shares on this offer.

Clearly Vonex holders want cash so why haven't we come out with a cash offer if we were buying them on market before! just offer the 5c! however at this point we would be burning cash for no reason unless Maxotel folds in, the board should have had a cash offer from the start.
