$250 million value put on SWP by the SP at $1.30 or so.
acquired Swoop the main business for around $25 mill (MC 10 X that now)
Acquired 2 other infrastructure assets, 1 which may bring in 1 mill year, the other in a La Trobe Valley rust belt.
Loss last Quarter of $5.5 mill, so annual Loss to holders of $22 million if they can hold it from getting worse
In a sector with record low margins, run out of WA with RBO and SF1 being the failed business track record for the shell that backed in SWP.
Wonder if this is a pump vehicle for the main backer to claw back 99.7% losses on RBO/SF1?
