    Grist as the main shareholder in both RBO and CF1 (now SWP) was down huge sums when both those businesses failed, one after another.

    with the rebirth in SWP, he has been able to claw back a portion of his massive losses.

    His previous businesses paid huge money to insiders, the main guy Legudi was the son in law. Had no idea how to handle money from shareholders, raised constantly to dilute shareholders wealth down to 99.7% loss. No Joke.
