    The issue is that 'swoop' was approved as a trade mark

    But 'swoop digital' was previously approved.

    A trade mark is about how a business name is marketed, its not about the name itself. If SWP lose the case, it might be that they just need to change the color or style of their logo. But they already look pretty different to me, so not sure what the basis of their legal case is, but IANAL.
