the 2 previous businesses went bankrupt , all holders lost all their money. management were paid very well while this happened.
Then, they stopped holders ( who had lost 99.6% of their investment from IPO)
from investing in SWP by saying if you voted at last company meeting,
you cant get an allocation. ??
Trying to cut off their bad reputation. Scandalous imo
