    La Trobe Valley is a very low socio economic area.

    Worse now and in years to come as Coal fired power stations in Moe and Mowell are all decommissioned and closed.

    not an area to be offering these services or trying to compete on already very low base.

    Ask Tony Grist, did he go to La Trobe Valley before wondering why this service provider was trying to get out?
