Oscar, have you considered changing your sentiment, its currently set to NONE, but you appear to hold a negative sentiment.
Some points for you to consider;
1. The company they are buying already has earnings, so they are obviously competing already.
2. Fixed wireless is a niche product, with its own strengths and weaknesses, its not a straight forward comparison to NBN RSPs
3. The socioeconomic circumstances of an area is not a big driver of their need for internet access.
