Decmil could learn a lot from the way SXE has written this announcement. Sufficiently detailed to let you know the key issues, an even tone, no obviously incorrect content, no inconsistencies, no distracting graphics full of irrelevant material, no family culture etc.
No wonder it has a market cap about double that of Decmil (even after the latest $50m raise)!
