I’m not sure I agree with your sentiment regarding the SXE announcement. For example they appear to be suggesting a court would look differently and take certain action that an adjudicator can’t or won’t... there is still a significant difference between the $11 million they are seeking and the $150 thousand the adjudicator has determined.

That being said, Decmil have a rather optimistic view of all 6 disputes outlined in the prospectus. I find it hard to believe the disputes will all end up favourable for Decmil and by the looks of it, they could be spending a significant amount of money fighting these cases.
