I understand it isn’t binding, the interactions during the arbitration are also not able to be relied upon in court. They are without prejudice (I think at least)

I would cautiously say... if an arbitrator is saying a hundred thousand... it’s a long way to a court getting to $11 million. If anything an arbitrator would be more ‘fairness’ oriented.
