Amigos, my bet is the team at SXG is focused on drilling the discovery at Apollo Deep. If the drilling finds high-grade Au in new "rungs" then that type of announcement will cause another re-rate of the shareprice, IMO. As another guess, the cap raising will be after the 51% of shares in Canadian hands are distributed and things have settled. Good luck all.
