I went back and read everything, doesn't mention any escrow time frames? So I went to the horses mouth.... all LPE shares to vend are escrowed for 24months. ZERO, free or cash relief. The current delay is 'note holders' of previous sxt deal are also escrowed for up 12 months, and need approval from said note holders. My workings is only about 35% of quoted shares will be tradable.
LPE directors had option to get some tradeable shares on vend, but committed 100% to the escrow, means they have to work
