That would depend on market sentiment. I have seen similar deals, though mostly between multi-metal miners (most recently between Rox Resources and Venus Metals which I was watching) and that did not turn out the best.

However, AJM are specifically in the lithium business and the future is looking bright - almost a world away from losing everything since (September or so?) last year.

It would also depend on how access to those non-lithium minerals are accessed - would SYA have their own plant on site extracting from reject tailings, or would they get first dibs on mined plant feed? The devil is in the detail.

But I certainly do think that they have given us a lifeline when they did not need to, plenty of pirates out west ready to drop a mill and a half to get access to a lithium tenement with some scale of proven resource.
