They've obviously also been working hard on the metallurgy and expect a further 8% - 12% in recovery - massive. With the additional lift in throughput to 2.4Mtpa, the quote that grade is better in the upper levels due to the infill drilling, that's over 200,000oz pa from sulphide alone.
Figure 8 is the real winner. Mt Wright 2400oz/vm vs Syama 6300oz/vm and they're mining 2.4Mtpa vs 1.5Mtpa (aka Mt Wright)
Looking at this I'd suggest they've been very conservative with regards to their margins, knowing what they were able to achieve at Mt Wright.
Add the 80koz pa from oxides and you've got a very healthy long life mine.
