No Zeehan the announcement seems to say they have to commence underground development at Syama in early calendar 2016 and I'd suspect that would be true if they are completing open pit mining in 2015!!!
The Oxide ore and reducing costs at Syama has to be the main short term game for these guys. As I said before they haven't even said they've stopped drilling at Bibiani, so how can they be going underground or redeveloping the project without all the information. Me thinks you're jumping well ahead of the curve my friend!
