Yes Woody, stood down on full pay, but the union wants them to strike because they are sitting around at home on full pay. I actually think that the union is probably run by the Wives of the workers, who don't want their men sitting around at home all day on full pay, they'd prefer to have them out of their hair. It's annoying having a full paid husband at home all day, probably gambling and drinking and lazing about with his mates, and it cramps the wives lifestyle and freedom. RSG could probably get out of this quite easily by having all the workers turn up at the plant and do a little cleaning and maintenance, some dusting and polishing and sweeping and other basic mundane stuff, and it would keep all the wives happy.
