ETM in Greenland, well that's tied up in international courts, that project isn't happening anytime soon, hence, the pivot by ETM to lithium.

RDM have the chance to be one of the first to produce REEs (NdPr) out of all explorers/pre-developers:
- RC drilling to 60m depth (12kms x 3kms), then infill best areas for resource is cheap and quick, plenty of rigs and crews in Mt Isa
- simple met which is already more advanced than most
- low strip ratio (likely close to zero) as starts from surface
- simple heap leach flow sheet vs complex hard rock extraction (capex is huge and lots of engineering and equipment lead time required)
- 20kms from Mt Isa which has a skilled mining workforce + power + rail line to the coast
- Not the jungle or some remote location and a friendly mining town, easy and quick approval process for mining projects
- HEAP LEACH IS SIMPLE AND CHEAP easy to raise capex required!
