As an example, look at LTR after it's flagship project was mostly defined and a pre feasibility study completed .
It took another year before it moved, but then it went from 15 cents to 3 dollars within another year.
I agree, If RDM continues to confirm what we already know about Sybella , it should re rate hard when the time comes.
Also some exposure to metal of the month candidates won't hurt
