As a holder of a tiny portion of EUR which in turn is a big critical metals holder, Tanabreeze sounds like a permitting nightmare and local pushback, If the team of EUR are anything to go by will take decades for anything to actually happen with it. ( my understanding of that deposit is a skim read at best though so take my words with a very large grain of salt).

But my main point is just because the resource is there and found doesn't mean it will transition into mine any time soon, where as Im struggling to see good reasons why RDM shouldn't progress in a timely manner.
