    For every 5.15 share you hold (last closed 5.39), you are entitled to buy 1 share@$4.56. Work out the maths yourself and see if it equates to 4.56 after dillution If Fri opening price to be 4.56, then what's the hassle of this whole cap raising exercise? You must well just buy from the open market rather than exercising your rights
