It seems unusual for the Record Date for the retail entitlement...

    It seems unusual for the Record Date for the retail entitlement to be after the announcement of the Equity Raising. I haven't seen this before.
    Can anyone comment on why this would be?
    I've only ever seen "Halt starts; Record Date; (later) Halt Lifted"
    Can anyone more experienced please confirm does this mean buying stocks this Friday (14 Aug) will result in qualifying for the retail entitlement offer (record date is Fri 14 Aug 7pm)?
