Anything can happen in a lopsided, odd market environment where price discovery is severely impaired thanks to the speculation encouraged by government and central bank actions.
The main drawcard of a stock like this is a reliable yield. With distributions on hold (possibly for a couple of years), and operating performance still very weak, I can't see what the attraction is. There should be no rush to buy into a name like this.
