I thought about it hard 2 weeks ago but decided to go with a couple of other shares 1) they had more consistent and higher ROE and were still fair or under valued 2) the SYD sp assumes that we will be returning to air travel without hiccup (however there was a question mark over virus variants emerging) 3) the debt level of SYD is not insignificant 4) it may take another 12 months before distributions to get back to meaningful levels 5) there is no franking and deferred income is immaterial
SYD is ok but l just felt there there better options for risk
