Not different really for CGT. Date of disposal is when you shares are acquired under deal either because you take the money when available or your shares are compulsorily acquired if you do not do that and acquirer reaches 90%. Depends a bit when you acquired your shares as to what you want to do. i suppose a lot of holders will sell on market at a bit less than TO price so they can move on and not wait for full amount to be paid. I might do a bit of both.
