With Citi doing a turn around and placing SYD as a SELL, It shows that the institutional brains are anything but.
Having worked with these moneys for 25 years I long ago discovered that the big boys dont actually know what they are doing.
SYD has plenty of room to fall from the current valuation IMO.
Still see $3 as a target.
