    The Big Mac suggested raise will be at .10. Yes we should have raised at .20 and the fact we couldn’t/didn’t only adds to my concern. How do you think the share price will improve to raise higher. Everything that could be done has been achieved. Totally at whim of market now. The potential news flow Posco etc won’t get a higher raise price. Take the medicine now and build it.
