its a combination of 1. market jitters and 2. lack of action by management

1. cant really predict, but its the markets - they go up they go down. CBY is currently 11.5m Market cap, 1m cash and holding some fantastic projects. hard to lose from this level

2. management have been dragging their feet (IMHO). waiting 6 months for approvals, and now its been granted they're doing an investor roadshow. I mentioned 1m cash in point 1...i suspect they're getting ready to raise capital in order to drill. Maybe this is spooking off some investors who feel they maybe could get in cheaper and waiting for % dilution to be announced before buying in
