I can't find any documented specifics where KCN have to pay back the money other than from any TAFTA proceeds which is limited to the original financial contribution incl interest.
I haven't been in KCN as long as most but I would assume if there is an agreement then it would have been made public by now? Or are we just relying on verbal he said she said info?
As for Zurich being a friend I certainly wouldn't call them a close friend, they initially denied the claim and the total value of the policy was US$200million which KCN had to fight them for. Anyway, nobody on here knows for sure what will happen and when so we leave it up to management. If there is any form of TAFTA payout though Zurich will be front of the queue with their hand out for their agreed share.
