“TAFTA claim proceeds” is the key word. Doesn’t mean profit from future mining operations or proceeds from NE, does it?

It is kcn management obligation to inform Zurich time to time about TAFTA claims and how are proceeding with compensation however we haven’t reached any agreement yet. Until we finish TAFTA Zurich have Zero obligation to claim their money back and we aren’t simply handing them our money like they didn’t wanted to give us their initially.
It is our best interest to keep our mouth shut (management is doing same) and inform them about TAFTA.

Zurich knows we are playing with them but they aren’t in a position to claim this money back as we haven’t close our legal dispute yet. If you need more information then appoint Clifford as your legal advisor and ask them to explain how it works.

As far TAFTA, it will continue as we will have a lot of items pending like thai ipo, solar plant to go green but we want thai to pay for it. These two items will take 3-5 years to complete and in between if DPIM holds any of our applications then that will be included in the list again.

Or

if thai government wants us to drop the case then they have to give us 200-300m as a cash compensation.
